Products and information

We describe our products as accurately as possible, including specifications, voltage, dimensions and compatibility. Product photos are for illustration, and minor differences in appearance may occur. Before ordering, check that the product's voltage (12V, 24V or 220V) and dimensions match your vehicle. If you are not sure, contact us before placing an order.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are not included; see our Shipping Policy. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the price or description was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the full amount.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Installation and safe use

Diesel heaters and air conditioners must be installed and used according to the manufacturer's instructions. We recommend installation by a qualified technician. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, modification or misuse of the products.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
