Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, all European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is a flat $25 per order. The final cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery time depends on the destination country and customs clearance.

Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos of the box and the product and contact us within 7 days of delivery. If tracking shows no movement for more than 14 days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
